Job Title: Branch Manager/BDO

Location: Sewell, NJ

Parke Bank commenced operations in January 1999. The principal office is located at 601 Delsea Drive, Sewell, NJ. We conduct business in branches located in Northfield, NJ, Galloway, NJ, Collingswood, NJ, two branches in Sewell, NJ as well as two branches in Philadelphia, PA. Parke Bank is a full-service commercial bank with the emphasis on providing personal and business financial services to individuals and small-sized businesses primarily in Gloucester, Atlantic and Cape May countries in New Jersey and Philadelphia and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania.

Parke Bank is looking for a Branch Manager/BDO who will be responsible for administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service community bank branch to include and not limited to operations, lending, lending referrals, product sales, customer service, security, and safety in accordance with the bank’s policies and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.Management
•Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the branch.
•Delegate operational duties to the Assistant Branch Manager, as appropriate.
•Ensure that proper customer service levels are maintained.
•Coach, develop, and motivate employees to achieve results that meet or exceed the branch goals and objectives.
•Evaluate and complete periodic reviews on retail staff.
•Manage special projects.

2.Business Development
•Works with business development officers, commercial lenders / RM’s, internal/ external business partners and Regional Vice President to execute sales initiatives and/or programs.
•Develop a plan for business calls using COI’s etc.
•Make business development calls in the immediate marketplace.
•Participate in community affairs to increase the bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. (i.e.) Chambers of commerce, Business organizations, Rotary/Lions clubs.
•Track and report on calls made. (Pipeline)

3.This position requires excellent organizational skills, effective time management, strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills.

4.Assumes additional responsibilities as required and or needed.

5.Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

6.Perform all other duties as assigned by Sr. Management as related to the Bank and its functions.

Education and/or Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3-5 years of Banking or financial institution management experience required.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Results driven and customer focused.
