* The introductory APR will be determined at the time of loan approval based on your FICO score. The introductory rate expires after 60 months. After the introductory period, the APR is determined by adding a margin of 2.75% to the weekly average yield on U.S. Treasury Securities adjusted to a constant maturity of one year, but with a floor of the introductory rate. The floor for a recent APR as of October 4, 2018 was 5.125%, for applicants with FICO scores of at least 700. The APR is subject to change after consummation and may change annually after the first five years. Add .50% to Rate to arrive at a Floor of 5.625% for investment properties, for applicants with FICO scores of at least 700.

Conforming Loans are up to $417,000.00; Jumbo Loans are up to $1,500,000.00. Rates can be locked for 60 days. Add .50% to interest rate for Investment properties. Property must be zoned residential to qualify for these rates.

Examples:  
A 30 year 5/1 ARM loan of $10,000 at an interest rate of 5.125% and an APR of 5.492% would require 60 monthly payments of $54.45.

A 30 year fixed rate loan of $10,000 at an interest rate of 5.50% and an APR of 5.716% would require 360 monthly payment of $56.78.

A 15 year fixed rate loan of $10,000 at an interest rate of 4.875% and an APR of 5.234% would require 180 monthly payments of $78.43.
