Save the Date for Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity’s Annual Golf Outing
As a community bank, many of ParkeBank’s employees participate in community-centric organizations. ParkeBank has supported Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity for many years. Daniel Sulpizio, senior vice president and director of retail banking at ParkeBank, also serves as president of the board for Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity.
According to Habitat for Humanity, their vision is “a world where everyone has a decent place to live.” Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1986 when several concerned residents from church and community organizations recognized the need to serve low-income families by building affordable housing. Since then, 37 houses have been built or rehabilitated in communities throughout Gloucester County. Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity is also committed to serving veterans through an expansion of its mission: building safe, decent, and affordable housing.
ParkeBank continues to support and sponsor many events in its local neighborhoods. On June 6, 2017, Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity will be hosting its eighth annual “Build a House… Build a Dream” golf outing at Scotland Run Golf Club in Williamstown, NJ. All proceeds will go toward Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity’s projects.
