Bank Director Magazine recently published their Annual Ranking Banking Study, ranking Parke Bancorp, the holding company of Parke Bank, one of the top performing community banks in the nation. The scorecard used metrics to assess performance including profitability, asset quality and capital adequacy. The data divided banks into three asset categories: $50 billion and above, $5 billion to $50 billion and $1 billion to $5 billion. Of the banks in the report, Parke Bank’s overall performance ranking was 15th in the nation in addition to being ranked 8th, in its peer group, among banks with assets totaling $1 billion to $5 billion.
