Richard Phalines

Mr. Phalines has been the co-owner of Concord Truss Company since 1982. Mr. Phalines is currently chairman of the local Planning/Zoning Board in Woodbury Heights and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Wood Truss Council of America. Mr. Phalines’ has extensive knowledge of the regional construction and real estate development industries, bringing this knowledge to his position as chair of the loan committee.
